PUT YOUR EMAIL LIST TO WORK

Find your prospects. Make your introduction.

Finding public business emails is the heart of Detect Email. When your list is ready, export it into your existing workflow or use the E-Mailing module with your own compatible SMTP provider. Choose the sending plan that suits your budget; the provider, not your software license, sets its charges and sending limits.

01 / DETECT EMAIL

Keep your favorite tools.

Export your collected business emails for Excel, your CRM or an email platform that accepts your use case. Check field mapping and import rules before uploading a list.

02 / DETECT EMAIL

Or work from one application.

Find and select contacts, write a message, connect a standards-based SMTP service using its hostname, port, credentials and security mode, then send a test. You are not tied to a single provider: compare its price and sending allowance before launching a relevant campaign.

03 / DETECT EMAIL

Handle STOP requests and keep useful replies.

Connect the IMAP mailbox that receives campaign replies, run the reply-management analysis and review STOP messages. After checking the categories, apply the appropriate exclusion and list-cleanup options. This is a deliberate review step, not automatic background monitoring.

A USEFUL SECOND STEP · EMAIL MARKETING

Find the right businesses. Then send on your terms.

Detect Email is first a tool for discovering public business emails. Its built-in E-Mailing module also lets you select contacts, write a relevant campaign and send through a compatible SMTP service of your choice. You keep control of the sending account and can compare providers and their costs instead of buying sending credits from the software.

  1. Connect your SMTP account. Enter the host, port, credentials and security mode supplied by your provider; send a test first.
  2. Prepare your message. Choose a relevant segment, identify the sender and include an opt-out route.
  3. Review replies and STOP requests. Connect the receiving IMAP mailbox, inspect classifications and then apply the appropriate blacklist and list-cleanup choices.

Your SMTP provider sets sending prices, allowances and delivery rules. STOP management requires a deliberate IMAP review; it does not monitor messages continuously in the background.
