YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, clearly explained.
This page describes data handled by the website. The desktop application also connects to services needed for search and email delivery.
Who handles your information?
Baptiste Martin, artist-author (SIRET 48996156500038), 21 rue Leopold Beauté, 72500 Vaas, France. Use the Contact form on this website for privacy questions or requests concerning your data.
Orders and licenses
We process the billing details you submit, your email address, the selected offer and the payment reference to fulfill the order, generate the license and invoice and provide support. Payment details are entered with PayPal and handled under its own privacy policy; this website does not collect card numbers.
Support and service messages
A support message includes the contact details and information you choose to provide. Questions sent through the desktop assistant or contact form are stored in our private server directory and may be sent to our AI provider to screen the request and prepare a reply. Do not enter passwords, payment details or license keys in the public assistant. Assistant exchanges are grouped for internal support review. License and invoice emails are transactional messages; the website does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list.
Essential sessions and logs
Session cookies support forms and administration. Technical logs help diagnose errors and trace order processing. The site uses no advertising trackers, embedded YouTube players or third-party analytics scripts. Clicking through to PayPal opens a separate service.
Software activity counters
We count clicks on the installer buttons; a click does not prove that a download finished. On first demo launch and first license activation, the desktop software sends only the product, event type and a random installation identifier. This counter sends no email address or license key. The server stores a hash of the identifier to prevent duplicate counts, plus dated totals. These records are removed no later than five years after creation. A short-lived hash of the IP address limits abuse of the counter.
Storage and access
Order records, license records, invoices and mail archives are stored in a private server directory used for both products. Access is limited to operational needs. Billing records are retained as needed for the seller’s obligations; support and technical data should be retained only as long as needed for their purpose.
Your requests
You can ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable, and raise an objection or other privacy request by contacting the seller. Some transaction information must be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
Your prospect database
Lists created in the Windows software are kept on your computer. Search services process information necessary to perform searches; your SMTP provider processes email you send through it. Keep your own backups and follow the privacy requirements of your prospecting activities.
